who we are

Instituto Revoar is a social organization that since 2017 seeks to contribute to quality education in Brazil, through the socio-emotional and integral development of individuals, groups, educators and young people, through learning experiences and innovative methodologies of collaboration and connection.
 
In addition, with a focus on improving individuals' social and emotional skills and the development of more harmonious and cooperative relationships between people, the organization designs social initiatives, courses, consultancies, lectures, workshops and purpose-made experiences and experiences.

methodology

The disruptive methodology designed by Instituto Revoar is called Pedagogy of Reconnection and was developed in such a way as to encompass experiential and experimental actions, combined with profound and provocative reflections, for the construction of a safe and conducive environment to integral development.

 

It is created based on practical and theoretical studies, focused on the implementation of pedagogical processes aimed at the development of socio-emotional skills relevant to the human and integral formation of any individual. 

 

Thus, the pedagogical process is participatory, respecting listening and dialogue between participants. Learning is sought through the pleasure and willingness to be on the path and for this, the methodology is also based on cooperative and playful actions that recognize the individuality of each one, but, at the same time, the strength and importance of collective.

Carolina Senna

Founder and co-manager of Instituto Revoar, Carolina holds a master's and degree in Social Sciences from FGV and UFRJ, has 15 years of experience in managing social projects for youth, in NGOs such as Grupo Cultural Afroreggae and Fundação Dreams Can Be, and in programs of corporate social responsibility in companies such as Transpetro and Chevron. Her mission is to inspire youth to discover their power and transform themselves and their reality.

Luciana Abranches

Co-manager of the Instituto Revoar, Luciana holds a PhD in Public Policy and Social Transformation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Master's in Public Administration from FGV and a degree in Economics from UFRJ, with experience in developing and managing theoretical and empirical research. Her objective is to contribute to awakening the dreams and skills of young people in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
